Ingredients:
-two tomatoes chopped in cubs
-15 olives
-200g, white cheese, chopped in cubs
-two slices of toasted pitta bread
-salt
-black pepper
-olive oil
Preparation:
Put the tomatoes, cheese and olives in a bowl.
Season with black pepper, salt and olive oil.
Before serving, add pieces of toasted bread for crunchiness.
