We have created this blog as a way to register our favorite recipes. We started trying some of them in our School’s kitchen. Later we had the idea of bringing our favorite recipes to be shared. Now we would like you to read, learn and, who knows, try some of these delis.

Tuna Salad Sandwich


Ingredients:
  • 2 cans tuna fish packed in water (with the water drained)
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Pinch or two salt
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • Slices of bread
  • (optional - lettuce and sliced tomatoes)
Preparation:
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
Serve on bread, either open faced, or in a regular sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes.
For a low carbohydrate option, serve on sliced lettuce.

  1. I love cooking and I prepared this sandwich adding some grated carrots to bring some crunchness and flavour to my bite. You should try that!
